Personal Training
At Aire, our concept of personal training takes you beyond standardized formulas and unstructured sessions. With our unique evaluation and assessment system, we will work with you to determine your current fitness level, formulate realistic achievable goals, and establish a multi-layered program that will produce solid results in both fitness and health. We evaluate each individual on stamina, strength, stability, flexibility and injury potential to develop a whole body approach to successfully reaching your goals. Our entire staff of trainers will be available to apply their unique expertise to your program. With our team approach, you will always have individual mentoring with more access at times that are convenient for your schedule. Our classes are semi-private with no more than three people per session. One-on-one training is also available.
Try out our program with a free 30-minute consultation and assessment. The first workout is complimentary.

WHY I TRAIN:
I started like most trainers do. I was an athlete searching for a way to become better at my sport
of choice. When it came time for me to choose a career I choose personal training. A couple
of years into the profession my direction took a drastic turn from athletes to non-athletes who
just wanted a better quality of life. The shift started with a phone call from my father telling me
my grandfather was passing away. As an overweight man for many years, he was dying of
obesity-related complications. Most of my immediate family is bigger, but this was the first death
in the family from being overweight. After the death I re-evaluated how I could make a positive
impact. I decided to help people live a healthier and more active life style. For me, training is not
rep counting or telling you what to do. It’s helping you with a problem that manifested itself in
a physical way. It’s guiding you on a journey that helps strengthen your mind, body and soul. I
train because I enjoy helping people.
SPECIAL INTERESTS:
There is the obvious. I’m very focused on exercise and nutrition. I’m a huge
MMA fan and currently enjoy participating in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I love dogs and right behind that
are audio books. If you’d like to read or listen to an awesome book that will make you look at
exercise in a totally different light I recommend "Spark' by John J. Ratey.
