Ironman CDA Computrainer

Today was the first go at the Ironman CDA course. Results were:
Karl Coleman – 2:48:12
Jeanie Huebner – 3:13:44
Earin Searfoss – 3:39:05
Remmi Molthen – 3:34:22
Jen Tarvin – 41 miles, 2:57

We will run CDA again in about 2 weeks. Stay tuned.

Computrainer Race Night – Alcatraz 20.4mi

Alcatraz Race night was a fun one. It started out with the usual chorus of “ohh I’m just going easy tonight” and ended in the following:
Karl Coleman – 59:54 (course record)
Sean Burke – 1:01:21
Michael Thomas – 1:03:06
